Olivier Stintzy, Ph.D.

Olivier STINTZY, Founder and Managing Partner of Sinople International has more than 30 years of professional experience in international and multicultural environments, particularly in Africa and the Mediterranean. As a specialist in innovative financing (PPP, catalytic finance, climate finance, blue economy), he has participated in the structuring and fundraising of several investment funds and was  Chief Investment Officer of a PPP economic and social infrastructure Investment fund in Africa.

He also used to advise Regional Organizations and Governments on the definition of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Strategies, investment promotion, public policies, monitoring and evaluatuion as well as private companies for their international development strategy and fundraising.

He is currently coordinating the structuring of the « Water, Waste & Zero Plastic (WWZ) » investment vehicle  of PLIFF – PAMEX Local Investment Finance Facility (PLIFF), a financing facility for climate projects around the Mediterranean.

He also participates in the design and conduct of training and coaching programs for public and private executives.

Doctor in economics, BA Honors Degree and EDC Paris Business School Graduate, he is former Auditor of the Institute of Advanced Studies in National Defence (IHEDN) and the Center for Advanced Studies on Modern Africa and Asia (CIHEAM), he is a regular speaker at international conferences in France, Europe and Africa.

Olivier Stintzy is also co-founder of the Edifice Capital Group and Managing-Partner of Edifice Capital Luxembourg.
